Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Organizations In The S District Of Shenyang City

Women's grassroots organizations as a bridge and link between the party and women,representative in participating in social management,maintenance,care about female citizens of immediate interests,at the same time,need timely adjustment strategy,in order to avoid organization service cannot meet the demand of various interest groups such as the common problems persist.S area is the only no rural covers center district of the city of shenyang,the area is smaller and the population density is larger,the Women's organizations face power at the grass-roots level is weak,lack of social resources,service management lags behind and so on.The study on the current situation about the work of women's grassroots organizations in S area through investigation found that the members of the grassroots women's organizations,service content is simple;the comprehensive quality of grass-roots women cadres is low,service ability is not strong;coordination of the organization is not smoot,lack of social influence;service projects can not keep up with the pace of the development of the times,the service effect is not outstanding and so on.Analyze the root cause of the problem is: Women's organizations at the grass-roots level management exist position deviation,lack of organization members ability and reasonable working mechanism to owe,expand the service is not accurate.And then put forward the corresponding policy suggestions for the construction of service-oriented women's grassroots organizations.
