| As an agricultural country,the rural population is larger,along with the pace of rural development,rural women as the backbone of rural development,help rural women to solve the problem of non-agricultural employment,not only can make rural women solve their economic problems,realize their own value,also can make its active in the social production construction,realize agricultural rural modernization development as soon as possible.As women’s organizations are the most close to rural women,it is the obligation of women’s federations to promote rural women to achieve non-agricultural employment.This paper will kedong county women’s federation organization and east county rural women as a research object,Marx women’s liberation theory,human capital theory as a theoretical basis,using the questionnaire of kedong county women’s federation organization to promote rural problems of non-agricultural employment,cause analysis,and found the key of promote kdong county rural women non-agricultural employment,is kedong county rural women themselves has certain demand,kedong county women’s federation organization in the working way and work content also need to make some changes.Through the investigation and research,it is found that the organization mode of Kedong County Women’s Federation is backward,the ability of the women’s federation is insufficient,and the lack of non-agricultural employment assistance mechanism,and the cooperation degree of non-agricultural employment skills training for rural women in Kedong County is low.The main reason is that the organizational work system of Kedong County Women’s Federation is not perfect,the actual demand for non-agricultural employment,the market has too high demand for non-agricultural employment of rural women,and rural women in Kedong County lack of enthusiasm for non-agricultural employment.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper to grams dong county women’s federation organization to promote rural women non-agricultural employment put forward several Suggestions: one is to strengthen dong women’s federation organization function,the second is the construction of dong county women’s federation organization talent echelon,three is perfect east county rural women non-agricultural employment security,four is to promote east county rural women non-agricultural employment ability and quality. |
