The Study On The Child Welfare Service Of Basic Level Women's Federation

Children are the flowers of the motherland,is the nation's lifeblood,is the hope of mankind,the healthy growth of children need attention from all walks of life,has always been to the flowers of the motherland can grow up healthily in our country have paid a lot of effort in support of the development of children,do a lot of work,the government departments at all levels have made due diligence,as all grassroots organizations and children most directly and closely linked the women's Federation,focus on the development of children and women's children's work,they can give full play to the functions of caring for children,but also related to the growth of children,related to the overall economic and social development by leaps and bounds and long period of stability.But at present,there are still a lot of defects in our country's grassroots women's federations in caring for children.Mainly manifested in the grassroots women's Federation of children's system and system is not perfect,the lack of adequate funds,the lack of professional personnel,the lack of legal knowledge,etc..In this paper,through the investigation on the dingshuzhen Bai Dang community "little orange lantern" children's extracurricular guard their homes,reveal the existence of a support system in children in the women's current problems.On the basis of the experience of some foreign governments and non-governmental organizations to care for children,this paper constructs a support system for the protection of children,which is suitable for China's national conditions.This paper is divided into six parts,first,the general analysis of the women's Federation support children work,and pointed out that the women's Federation is the subject of caring for children,through the analysis of foreign experience of non governmental organizations and government organizations in caring for children,and the system mechanism at present in our country in the grassroots women's love of children and the problems existing and pointed out the dilemma and its causes in the care of children of the grassroots women's federations,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
