Research On Government Services In Youth Entrepreneurship In Wenjiang District, Chengdu

Innovation and entrepreneurship not only increase the employment rate,but are the important measures to promote industrial upgrading and vertical social mobility.As the most active stage of innovative consciousness,young people are the main group in new areas of innovation.In order to improve the young people's entrepreneurial level,the state and local governments offer young entrepreneurs the carrier,government information,tax,intermediary and so on by way of the policies and public services.According to the author's situation and the theory,this paper clearly puts forward a set of ideas that the government serves youth entrepreneurship.Then it analyzes carefully that Wenjiang District makes the Young(college students)Entrepreneurship Park as a carrier and helps young entrepreneurs by government services,financial support,skills training and other means.Finally it concludes the problems of mechanism,content,and actual effect and analyzes the reasons.Through the reason analysis and consulting the experiences of high-quality start-up hubs and industrial parks at home and abroad,aiming at the Wenjiang District development,the author comes up with the relevant measures: the establishment of normative innovation service system,the enhancement of the innovation service level depending on the social resource,and more means to improve the innovation service effectiveness.
