Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Entry And Exit Management Service Of Dalian Public Security Bureau

With the continuous improvement of the economic level of the whole society,the demand of the people to go abroad is becoming more and more intense,and the number of foreign residents entering our country is increasing.The influence of the national entry-exit population in each city,immigration service workload suddenly increased,there are problems in the process of service management is gradually revealed.These problems not only directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of the entry-exit management service work,but also affect the harmonious relationship,and even affect the views of the masses of the public security organs and government.Dalian,as the world's leading port and tourist city,the entry and exit population in the forefront of the country,the entry and exit management services exposed problems are more obvious,how to solve these problems has become the top priority.In this study,at the Dalian Public Security Bureau exit entry administration service hall,by questionnaire and interview to collect and main problems of environmental management in the service;Classify the problems and study the factors that may lead to the problem.In the definition of the basic concepts of entry-exit management services,the scope of duties,absorbs related theory experience at home and abroad,using the new public service theory,the harmonious relationship between the theory and business process reengineering theory and public management theory.For different problems,detailed analysis,careful verification.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Dalian Municipal Public Security Bureau exit entry management,combined with the theoretical knowledge,the four aspects of the environment,the quality of personnel,business processes,publicity and communication.After the discussion,the author gives some suggestions on how to improve the quality of the police,simplify the business process and improve the communication mechanism.I hope this research can reduce the problems of Dalian entry and exit management services,improve the Dalian entry-exit management service level,also hope to provide some theoretical guidance and useful experience to the similar city of China,improve the citizen satisfaction of the entry-exit management service,promote the harmonious relationship between the police and the people,increase the prestige of the government and public security organs.
