Research On The Convenience And Service Of The Entry-exit Administration Of Dalian Public Security Bureau

The government must continuously deepen its service concept,put people first,and achieve a successful transition from control-oriented to service-oriented.We will set up the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,putting the interests of the people first and putting the contribution to the public welfare at the top priorties.With the continuous development of the social economy and the continual broadening of the people's vision,more and more people choose to travel abroad.The application of Chinese citizens' entry and exit documents is also increasing year by year.The pressure on the foreign affairs police at the front desk has suddenly increased.Timely discovery of problems in the convinient acceptance services by the exit administration,and corresponding solutions are proposed to play a vital role in raising efficiency of exit affairs acceptance service,improving service quality.This paper uses the new public management theory,the new public service theory,the public service-oriented government theory and other related theories to theoretically analyze the content of service-oriented government and convenience services.This research is based on the practice of the acceptance window of the Dalian Public Security Entry and Exit Administration Bureau.Through the literature investigation,it systematically sorts out the development history and service background of the exit administration,and introduces main convenience measures of exit affairs acceptance service.Through questionnaires,field interviews,and front-end inquiries,we will summarize the problems of the convenience services and contemplate their causes.Based on the advanced experience of entry and exit administration bureau in other provinces and cities in China,it is proposed to establish a unified standard,integrate and refine the laws and regulations on exit affairs,improve window service attitude by putting people first;study psychological capital theory to alleviate the anxiety of police officers;strengthen government authority decentralization;promote public participation and take expansion of new government propaganda channels.It is hoped that this study will improve the efficiency of convenient exit affairs acceptance service in Dalian Public Security Entry and Exit Administration Bureau,optimize the service quality of the acceptance window,solve the problems in the convenience service,stimulate the innovative potential of the police in the work of the exit affairs management,and earnestly carry out the construction of a service-oriented government with the essential requirements of "starting from the fundamental interests of the people and starting from the real needs to service the people wholeheartedly.This also reflects the work objectives of the Dalian Entry-Exit Administration Bureau Exit Affairs Acceptance Section.That is "solid service and united progress".At the same time,I hope to provide some experience and theoretical materials for the future exit acceptance service of Dallian Entry-Exit Administration Bureau to improve citizens' social satisfaction with the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau,create a good business environment.
