Active frontier inspection station is in the forefront of a country,which plays an important role in the social management.Its service attitude and level of service directly reflect the overall level of civilization and the government service level.At the same time,its quality of the police officers also determines the efficiency and quality in the actual work.Having experienced a relatively long process In China’s active border checkpoint development,it is now moving in the direction of professional development.Now when the economy is going global,China’s construction of all aspects has been improved and various reforms are deepened under the correct leadership of President Xi.It’ s in this environment that entry and exit passengers and staff put forward higher requirements on the comprehensive ability of checkpoint officers.At present,in terms of the service concept,occupation spirit and social status,there are still some gaps between China’s frontier inspection station and that of foreign country’s mature mode.Especially,in its human resource management,there are many difficulties in its personnel selection,training and incentive measures,which restrict the further improvement of service level of China’s frontier inspection organs and its long-term work development.Human resources management provides a method and means to explore the law of the unity of opposites of people and things as an important subject,which can effectively promote the common development of people and things,ultimately to achieve the optimal allocation between people and things.The human resources management of active frontier inspection station is to adjust administrative methods,based on the change of the administrative environment.It aims to stimulate the initiative and creativity of the border police officers as much as possible to improve their service level.It ’ s of great significance for the development of border station.In this study,the main research contents are about the human resource management of an active frontier inspection station in D city.First,the relevant concepts of entry and exit frontier inspection and the human resource management theories are briefly introduced.Then,select a service station in D city as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey of the border officers,several problems in human resource management are found out.And we analyze the causes of what restrict the human resource management of the frontier inspection station in D city.Last,by drawing on mature experience effectively we put forward an innovation strategy of human resource management of the frontier inspection station in D city.
