With the economic globalization, the ideological and cultural field of the world consequently interacts and collides, forming the new, multivariant, diverse, and changeable situation, resulting in the fact that it becomes the inevitable and inescapable age problem, under the era background of comprehensively deepening reform and developing the market economy, that Socialist Core Values rally the social consensus and guide the social ideological trends to contribute to the realization of China Dream. Specifically, this view of Socialist Core Values provide powerful spiritual motivation to China Dream, which is one of the basic arguments of the study, has been reached an agreement in academic circles, the theoretical circles and even the political circles. That is one of the basic arguments of the study.Deng Xiaoping's overall situation vision, which is a seemingly obsolete, but it could be new when it is integrated with the era situation and it is in reality the new scientific strategic thinking method, which will burst strong and deep vitality and interpretation force when combined with the era context.
