| The employment of college graduates has always been one of the common concerns of Chinese society,which has aroused great attention from the government at any time and historical stage.Especially in recent years,under the background of the unstable global economy,the employment of college graduates has become a hot issue in Chinese society.As China’s old industrial base,Liaoning once made a significant historical contribution to China’s industrialization process.However,with the gradual deepening of reform and opening up,Liaoning’s institutional contradictions accumulated in the industrialization process have become increasingly prominent,and the regional economic development rate has been increasingly relaxed.Slowly,the attractiveness to talents has gradually declined.Dalian,as an important port city in Liaoning and the frontier of opening to the outside world,is inevitably affected by the slowing economic development of the three northeastern provinces.Compared with other coastal cities in the southeast,the scale and speed of economic development are not satisfactory.The attraction for talents has also declined,and the brain drain trend is more obvious.However,Dalian faces the objective requirements of economic structural transformation and upgrading,urgently needs high-end talents in various fields,and the demand for excellent college graduates is also huge.To this end,governments at all levels have adopted a number of policy measures aimed at attracting local graduates from colleges and universities for employment,but with little success.Under this background,study the willingness and existing problems of local graduates in Dalian colleges and universities,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to retain talents.These will be of great significance for alleviating the shortage of talents in the three eastern provinces and promoting the economic recovery of Liaoning and Dalian.Under this background,on the basis of the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical analysis,this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the employment willingness,employment expectations and related factors affecting the local employment of college graduates in Dalian.And interviewed relevant government departments to obtain first-hand data and information.On this basis,this paper analyzed the current status of local employment in Dalian colleges and universities,and the problems and causes that restricted the local employment of college graduates.In the end,the paper targeted the government’s policy measures to promote the local employment of college graduates in terms of promoting policy implementation,strengthening employment training,and building a legal system.I hope that the research in this paper will be helpful to alleviate the shortage of talents in Dalian. |
