A Study On The Improvement Of The Legal System For The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of Returned Overseas Chinese

Chinese have made a great contribution in different period,the construction of the motherland in different areas and different aspects.With the deepening of reform and opening up,China promulgated in 1990 and revised in 2000 "returned overseas protection law" has been unable to adapt to the current affairs Sheqiao complexity and variability.Therefore,in order to build a more perfect legal system to protect the interests of returned overseas,to protect the interests of Returned Overseas Chinese become China's current Sheqiao legal construction is an important task.Based on this starting point,the author carries on the related research and writing the thesis.This paper is divided into four main parts.The first part explains the meaning of overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese and their relatives,and that between the citizen and the difference of returned overseas chinese.At the same time,the author of our interests of returned overseas protection laws and policies,principles and contents are described.The second part discusses the author of our Chinese history and current situation,the political situation of protecting the rights and interests of overseas Chinese investment,protection of the status quo,status of housing rights protection and poverty returned overseas protection are analyzed.The third part mainly existed in the aspect of China's returned overseas protection problems are summarized,and enumerates the legal lag,Sheqiao Sheqiao policy implementation is not in place,lack of regulations and functions of overseas Chinese organizations Sheqiao policy propaganda supervision in four aspects.The last part of the advice on problems of our country to protect the rights and interests of overseas Chinese,aims at solving the existing problems in the protection of the rights and interests of overseas Chinese through the concrete measures.
