Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Floating Population Management In Border Ethnic Areas

Third Plenum was held in 1978,marked the beginning of the implementation of reform and opening up strategy.Chinese economy under the impetus of reform and opening up policy has made leaps and bounds,massive population inflows from rural towns began to spontaneously developed regions inflows from economically less developed coastal areas,thereby creating yet another large-scale population movements in Chinese history.Massive floating population and rapid economic development provides a wealth of human resources,but it also brings a lot of floating population management.Especially in ethnic border areas,itself a complex person,when the flow of local population influx,the growing incidence of social security,for which many experts and scholars have to be included in the research area.Throughout the previous literature,scholars are more biased in favor of qualitative research,the lack of field research.In view of this,the author has been the basis of previous studies above,by selecting the Hani and Yi Autonomous County of Yunnan Province,River City,excellent absorption of domestic and international experience in the management of floating population,in order to be able to put forward to improve the flow of population management measures,thus for the management of floating population of border ethnic areas to make a contribution.The thesis is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter is a retrospective study has combined the background then proposed purpose of this study,research methods and routes;the second chapter of the floating population management concepts and theories ethnic border areas.This chapter is to define some of the core concepts of this article,and presentations on the theory of floating population management;The third chapter analyzes the status quo.This chapter is divided into two sections: Situation Border Ethnic Areas floating population management policies and regulations and case study after the description;the fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of existence.That is the basis of Chapter III above,identify problems and causes of summarized;Revelation chapter of Experience abroad floating population management.By domestic and foreign areas,especially the floating population management experience in ethnic border areas of presentation,weaknesses,providing inspiration for the floating population management of border ethnic areas;sixth chapter is suggestions.That is on the basis of the first five chapters,with the actual ethnic border areas of our country,we put forward a five-point improvement in the floating population management measures.
