Study On Urban Management Legislation In Districts And Cities

The basis of urban management is the law,the direct basis of urban management activities from the legal authority.In this paper,from the necessity of Qujing urban management legislation perfect starting from the analysis of the status of the city urban management law system entry,by using field investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods,research "Yunnan Province Qujing urban management regulations" and the city standard and the effectiveness of executive file,find the existence of the crux of the problem,and the currently set the weak link in the district and city management legislation.It is pointed out that key to perfect the current legislation on city administration is single urban management regulations and enforcement regulations are formulated.At the same time,in the legislative process focus on changing idea of legislation,reflect the local characteristics,improve the relevant system etc.key work.This paper makes full use of the comparative research method,and draws lessons from the experience of city management in the advanced cities at home and abroad,and puts forward the methods and Countermeasures to improve the legislation of the city management.By putting forward the Legislative Countermeasures of city management,the city management of the city is more legalized,standardized and scientific.At the same time,the theoretical exploration and practical innovation,and strive to provide a useful reference for our country to set up a comprehensive urban management law.
