Wuding National Unity And Progress Demonstration County Creation Policy Analysis

Wuding county has always paid high attention to the work of national unity, especially in recent years, it accelerates the pace in creating the national unity and progress county, and has achieved remarkable results. On the basis of the theory of policy evaluation, this paper from the view of analysis of public policy using documentary analysis, interview method, field investigation method, selecting Wuding county as a case attempting to analyze some of the common problems existing in the creation of national unity and progress. After analyzing, to provide the corresponding countermeasures on the purpose of providing a kind of reference for building national unity and progress demonstration area in China.Firstly, this paper introduces the macro policy environment for Wuding county from China and Yunnan and relative aspects, together with overseas and domestic research status. Then, we know that Wuding couty has done a lot of work with useful measures in creating the national unity and progress,it should seize the favorable opportunity to deepen creation work in order to achieve more effective and to play fully leading role of typical demonstration.Secondly, the paper introduces the basic work of Wuding county in creating the national unity and progress, together with its implementation plan and introduction of the theory of policy evaluation. After analyzing its efficiency, we find that it has some problems in creating the national unity and progress model county, for example, mechanism has room to promote, force is not enough, and the basis is weak, and so on.Finally, the article suggests that Wuding county has basically achieved its purpose from the work of recent years in creating the national unity and progress model county. However, it has a lot of work to do in the future with targeted measures, for example, to unite all kinds of forces, to swallow the short board in industry development, to improve people's with wellbeing, to maintain harmony, to perfect mechanism, with the purpose to better demonstration to promote national unity progress toward more high level.
