Research On Citizens' Right To Report Against Corruption In The Context Of New Media

Corruption is a major problem in national governance,and anti-corruption is a problem that many countries around the world have been exploring.With the new media into all aspects of social life,it also without exception to penetrate into the anti-corruption battlefield,citizens through a variety of new media platform,the use of various new media technology to expose officials of corruption,anti-corruption effect is very significant.In this new media context,anti-corruption report in the economy,security and efficiency,etc.show a unique and powerful functional value,in China's anti-corruption struggle played a positive role,but also aroused the awareness of the rights of citizens,to encourage citizens to join the management of national affairs.But the combination of new media and anti-corruption is still a new thing,its impact can be described as mixed,is derived from the disadvantages can not be ignored,facing the external environment and internal rights abuse,poor communication,poor supervision and other embarrassing situation.These need us pay attention to this.In this paper,the new media anti-corruption as the main background,summed up the new media and citizens "report-style"anti-corruption after the connotation,characteristics and status.Through the re-definition of citizens' right of anti-corruption in the context of new media,this paper analyzes the practical reality dilemma and infringing problems,to seek the basic path of the development of civil anti-corruption,and to build an ideal picture of the rule of law.This paper is mainly composed of four parts.The first part is about the background of new media and citizens' "anti-corruption",which mainly explains the rise of new media,civil anti-corruption and citizen's "report-style" anti-corruption in the context of new media.The second part discusses that on the basis of the traditional right of reporting and the system of reporting in our country,this paper puts forward the redefining the right of citizens 'right of anti-corruption in the context of new media,including the connotation,characteristics and current situation of citizens'right of anti-corruption,in-depth discussion of advantages and current difficulties.The third part analyzes the infringement problems in the process of the exercise of the right of citizens'anti-corruption in the context of the new media,mainly introduces the object of infringement,the infringing situation and the factors leading to the infringement from the perspective of the privacy and reputation of the officials.The fourth part explores the future development of the right of citizens' right of anti-corruption in the context of new media,mainly from the two levels of the state and the citizens to explore the new media context of the citizen "report-style"anti-corruption rule of law,and analyzes the anticipation of the rule of law.
