Research On The Law Of Network Personal Information Security Protection

Nowadays,the construction of information technology has continuously been promoted and the Internet applications have been gradually popularized in China.This strategy has contributed to the development of social information,but has also brought new challenges to the personal information security.At first,this paper summarizes the status quo of the relevant laws of the network protection for personal information security in China,and analyzes the necessity of establishing the network protection law for personal information in China.Then the paper discusses the right basis of the network protection for personal information.Some favorable suggestions have been proposed on the establishment of the network protection law system for personal information in China with reference to the network protection law for personal information of developed countries,Hong Kong and Taiwan.Some references in this paper will be provided for the establishment of the network protection law system for personal information in China.
