The Internet,as a growing new display space,is no longer what it used to be an virtual world.It has a comprehensive,three-dimensional effect on our life,mixing,infiltration,and even reshaping people's way of life and living space.At the same time,the Internet has already spread to the area of governing the country,no matter in the field of politics,economy,culture,society,military,and even international order.For a country,the fast developing Internet itself has the characters of freedom and endless border,which has a conflict with a independent country and the fixed border.And it has a obvious difference in traditional theory about concept of national sovereignty.So,from the perspective of international law,to study the problem of sovereignty in cyberspace is a subject with the characteristics of the times.Facing the challenge of network liberalization and throughout the international society,there are a lot of examples to explore the sovereignty in the Internet Age,such as the Network security strategy of the USA,NATO network strategy and Tallinn Handbook of international law applicable to cyber warfare.In the fifteenth session of the Standing Committee of the twelve National People's Congress,our country has passed the New National Security Act,in which we specific the concept of Cyberspace sovereignty.And in the following passed Network Security Act and National cyberspace security strategy,preservation problems about Cyberspace sovereignty are stressed.breakthrough point in this paper,we have the traditional sovereignty as the starting point,and further study on the characteristics and status quo of cyberspace sovereignty in the era of Internet,aimed at searching for the way and strategy of preserving Cyberspace sovereignty.China,as the world first developing country,the task is of great urgency.
