With the further development of the social market economy,the commercial banks of our country also pose new challenges and opportunities in the process of the development.Especially after joined the WTO in 2001,the commercial banks not only face with an increasingly competitive domestic market,but also the challenge of the economic globalization brought by foreign Banks,coupled with the recent rapid development of internet financial impact,make the development of commercial banks become more and more difficult.Although the commercial banks of our country have made a lot of achievements in a high-speed development stage in a short span of several decades,but there are inevitably some contradictions and problems in the process of development,such as the frequent duty crime case in recent years,the rising ratio in non-performing loan.SO the personnel of course of ideological problems hidden dangers should not be ignored.Long plagued internal moral risks of commercial banks still exist.Therefore,the commercial banks of our country are suffered a great deal of pressure,directly impacting on the employees,in order to release the pressure,or reduce the negative to get the goal of avoiding financial duty crime cases.The study of strengthening professional ethics education for commercial banks' practitioners has become a realistic and meaningful task.This paper refers a large number of relevant books,periodicals,papers and conference materials at home and abroad.The writer defined the relevant connotation of professional ethics of the bank workers on the basis of the deep analysis of research status at home and abroad,the analyzed the professional ethics of banking from personnel of course of the existing problems and causes,combining with the current status of commercial bank workers.Additionally,putting forward some feasible countermeasures to improve and strengthen professional ethics for commercial banks.It also provides some reference opinions in professional ethics construction to the commercial banks of our country.
