From individual morality to social morality,society has long been concerned about moral issues.Professional ethics is formed and developed with the emergence of social division of labor.It is based on the awareness generated by the practice of professional activities and has strong practical and normative nature.Professional ethics is the sum of the various codes of conduct that people should follow in the practice of professional activities.It includes the relationship between practitioners and clients,as well as the relationship between employees and occupations.Professional ethics must be the norm that can be recognized and consciously implemented by practitioners.With the development of modern social division of labor and the enhancement of specialization,market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the society has higher and higher requirements for practitioners' professional concepts,professional attitudes,vocational skills,professional discipline and professional style.In the new era,the professional ethics education of the employees of state-owned commercial banks is guided by the Marxist professional ethics education theory,combined with the essential attributes of the bank and the characteristics of the times,through the improvement of educational content,the definition of educational subjects,the optimization of educational methods,the process education system to enhance professional ethics.Specifically,reshape the main responsibility of professional ethics education,cultivate the core values and belief culture of the organization;optimize the basic concepts and contents of professional ethics education,emphasize the people-oriented,meet the needs,emphasize the era of professional ethics education content;improve the professional ethics education method To develop a carrier of professional ethics education,use the management carrier,cultural carrier and network carrier of the new era to realize the life of professional ethics education,so as to achieve the goal of happy work and professional growth.
