Research On The Professional Ethics Cultivation Of The Commercial Banks Employees

Commercial banks are an important part of the financial industry,and their healthy development is related to the order stability and benign operation of China's market economy.For commercial banks,the cultivation of the employees' professional ethics is an important part of their spiritual civilization construction.Strengthening the cultivation of the employees' professional ethics in commercial banks can effectively prevent the occurrence of irregularities and greatly reduce the human losses of the banking industry.Therefore,improving the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees has become a key issue to promote the safe and stable development of commercial banks and enhance their core competitiveness in the comprehensive deepening of reform.This paper takes the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees as the research content and combines the existing research results to discuss the cultivation of the commercial bank employees' professional ethics from the following aspects:The first part is the introduction.This part sorts out the background and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation points and shortcomings,so as to make a preliminary statement for this paper.The second part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the research on the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees,discusses the concepts,basic contents and important significance of the professional ethics of employees,and clarifies the direction and scope of this research.The third part analyzes the current status of the commercial bank employees' professional ethics.This paper explores the problems existing in the current professional ethics of commercial bank employees from four aspects: rational cognition,emotional identification,voluntary consciousness and behavioral practice,and from the employees' self-consciousness,bank training level and social adverse factors in the analysis of the reasons.The fourth part comprehensives above found problems and the cause of the problem analysis,by strengthening the cultivation of the commercial anks related departments consciousness,riching the cultivation methods of the commercial bank employees' professional ethics,strengthening the construction of system of the commercial bank employees' professional ethics training,promoting the commercial bank employees' professional ethics cultivation environment for cultivating the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees.Through the conception and writing of this paper,it is expected to deeply analyze the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the professional ethics of the commercial bank employees,so as to provide some reference value for the cultivation of the commercial bank employees' professional ethics.
