Research On Post-event Supervision Legislation In The Context Of China's Commercial System Reform

With the continuous development of the reform of the commercial system,the new requirements of supervision system have been put forward.In the context of the reform of the commercial system,the establishment of the supervisory system which becomes a matter of urgency in the commercial registration process and after the commercial registration process.It is of utmost importance to probe into the establishment of the supervisory system which in the commercial registration process and after the commercial registration process.The reform of the commercials system is the background of this article.The article is divided into five chapters,including the basic connotation and the fundamental principles of the supervisory systems which in the commercial registration process and after the commercial registration process,the status of the supervision system 's legislation and the problems of the legislation.There are some questions in our supervisory system after the reform of the commercial system.The first chapter summarizes the status of the supervisory system which in the commercial registration process and after the commercial registration process,and analyzes the research status of commercial regulation at home and abroad.It explains the research ideas and methods,and summarizes the innovations and shortcomings of this paper.In the second chapter,the author explains the basic theory of the supervisory system and come up with the legal connotation.It also analyzes the objects of supervision system.The third chapter summarizes the present situation of supervision in our country.It analyzes from macroscopic matters of post-regulatory legislation to microscopic concrete legislative design.The fourth chapter is based on the international perspective,and lists the regulatory provisions of the countries aboard.It picks up experiences to adapt to the current situation of China.The fifth chapter puts forward the preliminary design of the supervisory system,which is suitable for the development of China's commercial system.It includes the subject in the regulatory body,regulatory object and regulatory responsibility.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the supervisory system and legislative system adaptable to the development of China's market economy.To establish a legal supervision mechanism with Chinese characteristics to reduce the risk in commercial activities and improve the supervision of our country according to the relevant experience of our country and foreign countries.In the matter of the supervisorysystem,the relevant laws and regulations of the supervision of commercial system in our country are not perfect.At present,there are few scholars of our country to make clear definition and systematical research on the supervisory system.In addition,it lacks mature theory.Though the analysis of related data,the author insists on the combination of theory and practice.Referring to foreign experience,this paper raises suggestions to define the connotation of supervision classifies and combs the object of supervision and analyzes the existing regulations.To make the defects supplied,the author puts forward the recommendations about the supervisory system which in the commercial registration process and after the commercial registration process.
