Motivation is the core of humanism management,motivation and success of a direct reflection of the level of human resources management.Many facts show that,the employee incentive degree,not only affects how much work task completion,increase working efficiency,but also to the development of strength and innovation ability of employees to the extent of independent creation intention.The incentive mechanism is an important part of modern human resources management,there is no incentive mechanism systematically,not only will the loss of talented people,the fund can not play its role effectively,only to establish a good incentive mechanism,talents and capital flows will Everfount organization.Therefore,in the modern human resource management thought as the instruction,current situation and problems of staff incentive mechanism of institutions of further expansion of the detailed analysis,and on the basis of the analysis to further propose,establish management system and method adapting to the necessary.Only by establishing effective incentive mode of human resource management,in order to make the business unit personnel management mechanisms have long-term development,the inevitable trend of development which is the personnel management institutions.In this paper,a case study with the D Center for environmental sanitation,the incentive mechanism analysis of the present situation,find out the deficiency and problems existing in the system of from,aiming at these problems,put forward the optimization strategy of effective incentive mechanism.The full text is divided into five parts,the first part of the content and the method introduced the research background and the research,the second part to explain the basic concepts involved,an overview of Western classical motivation theory content.The selected topic and literature review analysis.Investigation of the current situation and the results of questionnaire third part of incentive mechanism on D Environmental Sanitation Center were analyzed,based on this to find out the main problems and causes.The fourth part for D sanitation center actual situation,elaborated the incentive mechanism design principles and put forward the optimization strategy.The fifth part of this paper gives a brief summary.
