Research On Issues Related To The Legal Protection Of Police Rights

With the rapid development of social economy,China’s society has entered into the period of concentration of contradictions,due to the generalization of functions,the police force is under unprecedented pressure.In recent years,the phenomenon of the police’s rights and interests has been violated is increasing,and a rising trend.On the one hand,the law enforcement environment is grim,the case against the police case has occurred.Since 2010,the national has dealt with the violation to the police cases annually,and more than 1000,the number of police abuse more is leaping soared,2010 against 7268 police,to 2013 soared to 12327,rose 70%,23 people were killed and injured 44 people,according to the statistical data of the Ministry of public security.On the other hand,the work of overload and high intensity has seriously damaged the physical and mental health of the police,and the right to rest and vacation is not guaranteed.From 2008 to 2012,the national police on duty at the expense of 2204 people,which due to overwork death 1098 people,accounting for the same period at the expense of 49.8%of the total number of civilian police.Police law enforcement authority and dignity continue to meet the challenge,the police’s own rights and interests have been seriously violated,not only dampen the enthusiasm of police law enforcement,but also seriously hampered the public security organs to perform their duties.Therefore,how to improve the protection of the police’s rights and interests,to protect the police law enforcement authority,to improve the efficiency of the police law enforcement,has become an important issue to be resolved.This paper mainly for police rights and interests of the legal protection of of comprehensive demonstration and analysis,through the domestic and foreign policy,and from the work reality,put forward effective suggestions to perfect the legal system of police rights and interests in our country,in order to perfect the guarantee system of police rights and interests in our country.
