Research On The Credibility Of Grassroots Courts

Because of reform and opening,the construction of our country's system stepped into a new stage.The political system and the judicial reform have made great progress.Nowadays,the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been formed and the supporting judicial system has been basically established.The rapid progress of judicial construction has effectively promoted the process of legalization and economic and social development in China.However,our country's law,especially the judicial credibility is not high or even missing is an indisputable fact,justice as our social justice The role of a strong border has not been fully exploited.Statistics from the Supreme Court show a conclusion that the rate of visits to letters from the national courts at all levels in 2011 to 2014 was 7.4%,6.8% and7.1% respectively.These data reflect the current Court judicial credibility can not meet the expectations of the community,the urgent need to upgrade.In an interview with the "two sessions" in 2015,Professor Hong Tao pointed out that China must speed up the reform of the judicial system,improve the credibility of the judiciary,and effectively solve the long-term inefficiency,chaos,omission,Money case and other issues,but also an important way to achieve the rule of law.China's judicial organs,especially the grass-roots courts as the basis of the state's judicial organs,shoulder important and difficult contradictions to resolve,peace maintenance,development and promotion,democratization process to accelerate and fair and justice to achieve the sacred duty,once the lack of credibility of the grassroots court will not only lead to Judicial authority gone,but also lead to economic development and even affect the stability of evidence.Based on the actual problems,the author analyzes the problems of judicial credibility in our country,especially the problems in the grassroots courts,and puts forward the suggestions to improve the judicial credibility of the courts,especially the grassroots courts.This paper uses the constitution,judicial science,administrative science,jurisprudence and public management science and other disciplines,based on the analysis,comparison and reference,put forward to improve the credibility of China's grass-roots court proposal.In general,this paper consists of five large parts,the first part is the introduction,through the introduction of the problem to be discussed.The second part introduces the basic concepts needed in this paper,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part is the practice and achievement of the credibility construction of the grassroots courts in our country.It provides the practical basis for the construction of the credibility of the grassroots courts.Thefourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the credibility of grassroots courts in China.It is the focus of this paper.The fifth part is to improve the credibility of our grassroots courts of targeted countermeasures,it is the effective results of this article.Compared with the research of the same type,the innovative significance and practical significance of this paper are as follows: First,the research of this paper will help to explore the theoretical field of view to enhance the credibility of grassroots courts.Second,The credibility of the court,the maintenance of judicial authority,fostering citizens' judicial beliefs and promoting the construction of socialist legal system;thirdly,this article is conducive to the deepening development of China's judicial system reform and the speeding up of the process of governing the country,The great renaissance of the nation provides a solid judicial guarantee.
