As implementers of national policies,civil servants manage public affairs and serve the masses.The engagement of civil servants directly affects the level of government performance.This thesis first studies and analyzes the existing research results at home and abroad deeply.Based on the localization environment,aimed at the characteristics of civil servants,in the form of questionnaires,this study uses the engagement scale,self-management scale,organizational support scale,interpersonal relationship scale to analyze the factors of grassroots civil servants' engagement in N county of Tibet.The item of recycled relevant data,such as reliability test,validity test,descriptive statistics analysis,demographic factors analysis,correlation analysis and so on,was analyzed by SPSS software.Through the analysis,it is found that certain demographic factors have an effect on the degree of engagement,and engagement is positively correlated with self-management,organizational support and interpersonal relationship.Specifically: engagement and the three dimensions of self-management(self-awareness,self-planningand self-motivation)were positively correlated.Engagement and the two dimensions of the organizational support factors(respect support and Instrumental support)both are positively correlated,and welfare support is not relevant.There is a positively correlation between the engagement and the relationship with leadership in interpersonal relationships,and the dimension of colleagues relationship is not relevant.This paper has deepened the understanding of the engagement connotations and the factors that affect the degree of engagement,broadened the research on the factors influencing the engagement of the grassroots civil servants,and made recommendations on the present situation of the civil servants' engagement in N county of Tibet.
