Research On The Relationship Among Perceived Organizational Support,Job Engagement And Job Satisfaction Of Combat Troops Grassroots Officers

Military officers are the backbone of army building.To achieve the goal of a strong army,a stable and excellent officer team is crucial.Recently,with the increasingly onerous task,deversified soures of officers,coupled with the changement of the social environment and working conditions,military officers,mainly the ingerior ones of brigade,serving attitude showing a new trend.There are some new situations and new problems.The most obvious feature is the decline of job satisfaction,job engagement and the fading of career dedication.Currently,the process of military occupation is constantly pushing on and the officer policy is gradually adjusted.In order to provide reasonable proposals for the policy adjustment,it is necessary to grasp the satus and relationship of perceived organizational support,job engagement and job satisfaction.The relationship among perceived organizational support,job engagement and job satisfaction has been adquately reasearched in the profit units.However,the research in non-profit organizations,in particular the militaty sector is not yet sufficient.Aimed at the combat troop grassroots officers,this paper introduced the related theories of perceived organizational support,job engagement and job satisfaction.Based on the data obtaind through questionnaires,the status and relationship among them is anylysised by the descriptive statistics,variance analysis,cottelation analysis,regression analysis,et al..Finally,the suggestion enhancing the job engagement and job satisfaction of grassroots officers is proposed based on the above result.
