With an aging population problem is aggravating,the aging nations become plagued by the care of old people,especially for Japan which is the world's typical representative of the super-socialization.In order to deal with the growing problem of aging,Japan took the lead in the Asian countries in the form of legislation to establish the elderly care insurance system.Compared with the western developed countries,Japan's system has many deficiencies.but because of its Asian countries,China's national conditions have a higher similarity with Japan,this common characteristics of oriental culture makes the Japanese model is more worthy of our reference.Japan's elderly care system began in the 20 th century,60 years,from the initial "elderly welfare law","elderly health law" and so on.These laws have promulgated and improved,are constantly improving the Japanese elderly nursing policy.Even so,Japan's aging problems are still emerging.To this end,Japan has reformed the traditional social security system.In 2000,the "Protection Insurance Law" was enacted and promulgated continuously.With the reform and improvement of the Japanese society,the protection system for the elderly in the economic support and service support complement each other in the direction of development.This article mainly through to reading the related policy,law system and books,articles,research at home and abroad scholars,medium armor insurance legal system research in Japan,on the basis of the legal system of the formation background,operation mode,reform and development,and so on carries on the analysis,summed up the characteristics and the feasibility of the system,thus to our country to establish reference revelatory the elderly long-term care insurance system design.
