The Reference Of EU Governance Model To China From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

Regional cooperation is the inevitable choice of most countries and regions to respond to the trend of regional economic integration.To promote regional cooperation,often faced with "management","governance" mode of choice and the construction of two major themes of the legal model.The model of EU governance under the field of law is based on the objective practice of the mode of public governance at the level of regional cooperation of the European Union,the mixed mode of governance formed by the law reform,which promote the development of EU economic integration and become the regional cooperation relying on its own advantages.A Practical Model of Mixed Governance.China’s regional cooperation should properly solve the regional public problems and promote the regional economic integration.It should also get rid of the shackles of the traditional state management mode and realize the transformation of public governance.By perfecting the system of hard and soft law,we will gradually build regional cooperation legal governance mode.Based on the internal fit between the two,this paper starts from the EU governance model and governance advantages,and takes the problems existing in China’s regional cooperation as the guide,through the feasibility analysis,build a bridge from the study.And try to promote the paradigm shift and institutional innovation of regional cooperation model through selective reference.The first chapter is mainly about the research background,the research question and the research results about the research problem at home and abroad,and the research methods of this article are explained.The second chapter focuses on revealing the "governance" attribute of EU governance model,analyzing the internal relationship between "governance" and "law",and through combing its main content,development background and theoretical origin to deepen understanding.The purpose is to answer what is the EU governance model.In the third chapter,based on the review of the EU governance model,the governance advantages and governance effectiveness based on the publicgovernance attributes and the mixed model are further refined,which will provide theoretical support for the follow-up study.The fourth chapter and the previous chapter are combined with each other.Through the analysis of the development trend of regional cooperation,the practical problems facing regional cooperation and the feasibility of using the EU governance model,the author answers "why" and "why".In the fifth chapter,it is suggested that the mode of reference is not to copy the copy,but to choose the reference based on China’s national conditions,so as to answer the question of how to learn from the EU governance model.Through the relevant concepts,models,mechanisms for reference,to cultivate the concept of governance and governance innovation,and gradually build China’s regional legal governance model.
