The Theory And Effect Of The Legal System Of Ethnic Regional Autonomy In The Soviet Constitution

The legal system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities in the former Soviet Union is a complete system formed by its constitution as the core,and the constitution of each country is also included.The Constitution of the Soviet Union is an important political legacy left by Lenin.Among this,the constitutional connotation of national autonomy has set a good example for the legislation of regional ethnic autonomy in our country,and it has a deep origin with the law of national regional autonomy.The Soviet Union's National and Regional Federalism,in fact,is on the basis of the federal system to give a certain degree of autonomy in the local areas.Such a system of arrangements for the Soviet Union to solve national conflicts played a huge role.On the basis of clarifying the constitutional theory of regional autonomy of the Soviet Union,this paper examines the important experiences of the Soviet Union in the practice of regional ethnic autonomy,and puts forward some basic arguments for upholding and perfecting the system of regional ethnic autonomy in our country.On the issue of constitutional theory of regional autonomy in the Soviet Union,this paper mainly analyzes Lenin's argument and guidance on the issue of national autonomy in the constitutional constitution of the Soviet Union,and thinks that Lenin has played a very important role in this,The author also analyzed the important influence of Stalin as Lenin's successor in the practice of regional autonomy,and set the tone for the sixty years of the Soviet Union's national autonomy system.In the practice of the legal system of regional autonomy in the Soviet Union,the realization of the political,economic and cultural autonomy in the history of national regional autonomy under theframework of 1924 Constitution and the 1936 Constitution was mainly studied.This paper concludes that as a country with similar legal system,we should adhere to the regional autonomy of ethnic groups while recognizing the shortcomings of the Soviet Union,do not copy the experience of the Soviet Union,handle the national relations with prudence,and introduce the basic idea of Constitutional Patriotism so as to better adhere to and improve China's legal system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities.
