China's Voluntary Service Legislation Research

With the development of national economy,social contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent,volunteers in solving social problems and resolve social contradictions is playing an increasingly important role,in today's society and the development of voluntary service condition evaluation and measure of a country is also an important symbol of civilization degree.At present our country many provinces and cities along the volunteer service legislation,but in our country is still not a unified,authoritative volunteers national laws,makes the enterprise is restricted by a certain degree of volunteering service in China,disputes occurring in the process of volunteer service is not properly solved,at the same time also dispel some of the volunteer's enthusiasm,national volunteer law is imminent.Therefore,China must accelerate the process of volunteer legislation at the national level,based on current effectively at present all over the country provinces and cities 42 of local regulations about voluntary service,through the analysis of our volunteer services in practice as well as the lack of laws and regulations,to learn from foreign experience,good volunteer legislation of our country level relevant opinions and Suggestions are put forward.
