Study On The Development Of Volunteer Organizations For Undergraduates In Xi'an

China's voluntary service has entered the era of rapid development.Volunteer organizations in colleges and universities,as an important form of voluntary service,have exerted incalculable power to promote the orderly and healthy development of volunteerism.However,because of the special nature of the volunteers and their organizational governance,the voluntary organizations of the undergraduates in the actual practice process have unsound rules and regulations and laws and regulations in the voluntary organizations,imperfections in the management and operation mechanisms of voluntary organizations,and voluntary organizations to raise fundsand lack of incentives and other issues.The original intention of this paper,combined with the perspective of public governance theory under the guidance of university students in Xi'an voluntary organizations to begin to explore practical action research to propose methods and measures to solve the existed problems.Based on the existing research results,this paper comprehensively uses empirical analysis method,system analysis method,qualitative analysis method,case study method and other research methods.Based on the definition of comparative concepts,the author finds out that the current university student volunteer organizations are There are problems in internal governance and external operating environment.The existence of these problems often restricts the effectiveness and quality of volunteer service for college students.Therefore,the authors from the construction of the recruitment and training system of voluntary organizations,the construction of voluntary organizations funding models and incentive mechanisms,legal protection system construction volunteer services and establish and improve the volunteer organization and management system universities and other aspects put forward their views,through governance To achieve order,efficiency,fairness and other multiple values to meet the challenges brought about by the information age.Thereby providing for the development of voluntary service organization university theory that college students volunteer service activities with an orderly,healthy,long-term development.
