Analysis Of Legal Issues In Micro-business Operations

With the rapid development of the Internet,the number of Internet users in China is increasing.At the same time,along with the accelerated pace of life,mobile Internet in people's lives occupy a very important position.So a new kind of business based on mobile Internet developed rapidly.However,due to the vagueness of the current law and the lack of relevant laws and regulations,and many other reasons,leading to many problems of this special mobile electronic commerce.In this paper,the main object of study is the special business on WeChat platform,and through looking up document literature and other methods to analyze the main problems,to explore the resolution in the legal way,and proposed feasible suggestion.This paper is divided into four parts,first introduced the basic information of this special kind of business.This part mainly introduces its concept and characteristics,as well as the background and development of the status quo.Through the introduction of the basic concepts related to this business,we can have a preliminary understanding.The second part is the selection of several typical cases in operation of the WeChat-business,to lead to several typical problems.In the third part,the author summarizes the legal issues that are popular in products,taxation and consumer rights protection.The last part is mainly providing the corresponding legal solutions,as well as some viable institutional ideas.
