With the progress of technology and the popularity of smart phones,various mobile phone shopping software and social software developed relying on smart phones are gradually popularized,among which the micro merchants relying on social software have gradually grown.The development of the wechat business has also been recognized and encouraged by the relevant national authorities to some extent.However,the rapid development of wechat business has created greater economic and social benefits,but also exposed issues such as product quality,false advertising,consumer rights,and disguised pyramid schemes.The turmoil in the wechat business sector is not based solely on market regulation to ensure its healthy development.It should strengthen the role of national supervision.This article mainly discusses the issues of wechat business supervision,and uses case analysis,comparative research,and literature analysis to propose suggestions for wechat business supervision.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research.The second chapter is an all-round introduction to wechat business.The third chapter points out the current problems of wechat business supervision,and confirms the wechat business subject qualification.The definition of commercial propaganda,the analysis of the wechat business transaction model and the pyramid scheme,and the protection of consumer rights have been analyzed and suggested.The fourth chapter uses the inspection of foreign e-commerce supervision to propose the reference for China's wechat business supervision.From the confirmation of subject qualifications to the supervision of advertisements,consumer rights relief and protection,etc.China's wechat business supervision is used for reference.The last chapter puts forward specific suggestions on wechat business supervision.From the establishment of wechat business market admittance mechanism,the derivative propaganda into advertisement law regulation,establish and improve derivative consumer rights and interests protection mechanism,the derivative in the e-commerce taxation supervision system in detail from four aspects,in the hope for the future development of derivative to create a more healthy and stable market environment.
