Analysis And Response Of The Court's Civil Delivery Difficulties

For a long time,the civil service of process is the key point and the difficult task in the court's daily work.It is not only an important step of judicial reform but also reflect judicial fairness.Based on the analysis of the existing research results,combined with the actual situation of the current court's service,through literature research,theoretical comparison and practical investigation.This paper further explore and sort out the existing problems in the civil service.All of the problemschallenge the traditional face-to-face service mode.To meet the demand of trial and save the judicial resources,less personnel allotmen to service lead to ignore the delivery and served in unstandard procedures are normal phenomenon.Analysis the deepcauses of the phenomenon from the four factors:legal,social,court and the parties.On the basis of the comparison of extraterritorial system,we can find the reference for the reform of our country.In addition to the above research,this paper also analyzes the innovation measures of the courts in our country,and analyzes the feasibility of the application of the innovative service model in China.Finally,from the five specific aspects:system construction,team building,supervision mechanism,the improvement of the traditional service mode and the application of information technology giving specific recommendations for the service system reform,to solve the problem of service as soon as possible.Then achieve the efficient use of judicial resources,the greatest embodiment of fairness and justice.
