Research On The Protection Mechanism Of Farmers' Rights In Environmental Mass Incidents

The farmers' rights protection for Environmental events is the basic content of civil rights protection.And it is the basic content for improve the grassroots government governance system,realize the equality of civil rights and the realization of grassroots social stability.After long efforts,Chinese office have made certain progress in the aspect of environmental protection legislation,environmental law enforcement capacity building.And have large effect for rural environment management and the protection of farmers' rights.However,there are still have lots of problem in farmers' environmental right,environmental participation,environmental administrative rights protection for rural environmental mass events.This paper uses the case analysis method,analysis the problem of farmers' rights protection for the environmental mass events in-depth.The first part of this paper is the introduction.Analysis the background of this paper,and expounds the theoretical and practical significance for China and abroad.The second part states the contents of farmers' rights.Explaining the mains of environment of mass events,civil environmental rights,farmers' environmental right,environmental participation,environmental administrative right,the political opportunity structure theory,the theory of multiple governance in detail.All of them provide theoretical basis for study.At the same time states abroad farmers' rights protection experience.The third part states the current situation and problem for environmental mass events in China.Stating the achievements of farmers' rights protection for Environmental events.And then analysis three events which happened in Yixing,Naiman banner and Liuzhou.Through the analysis for the events finding the problem of farmers' rights protection in our country.The fourth part put forward the suggestions for the farmers' rights protection mechanism in environmental mass events.Through the protection of farmers' environmental informed right,environmental participation,environmental administrative right.Encouraging multiple government take part in building the farmers' rights protection mechanisms to protect the rights of farmers.
