Research On Preventive Mechanism Of Environmental Risk Group Events In China From The Perspective Of Good Governance

China is now in a period of environmental sensitivity, environmental pollution incidents happened frequently. Increasingly serious environmental pollution has deepened the public’s concern about environmental issues and thus led to a series of group events. Different from the environmental group events of pollution type, the cause of the risk-based environmental group event is the environmental risk.This paper attempts to study the prevention mechanism of environmental risk group events from the perspective of good governance in China at the present stage, in the beginning of this article offered the concept of community events, environmental group events and risk-based environmental group events, also lists some theory associated with this. Combined with a series of typical risk-based environmental group events in recent years to further analyze the causes of events. From government,public, experts and other angles to carries on the deep analysis so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions to prevent environmental risk group events.Through the research, it is found that our social publican can not be effectively involved in the construction of the project with environmental risk; the government,experts, the public and other social subjects also exists great difference in perception of risk; environmental compensation mechanism of our country is not perfect, with the failure of commitment to the environment, and early warning mechanism construction is not perfect, these all result in the events in group environment.Therefore, we should enhance the public’s participation, build a risk communication mechanism among the public, the government and the experts, improve the early warning mechanism and the compensation mechanism to the related interest groups in our country, effectively control environmental pollution and eliminate concerns of the public.
