Research On Villager Autonomy From The Perspective Of Current Rural Class Changes In China

This paper studies the problem of villager autonomy from the perspective of rural class change in China.Villagers' autonomy has made important contributions to the stability and development of rural society in China for more than 30 years.It has also achieved many achievements in rural governance and accumulated many experiences in rural governance.However,with the development of the socialist market economy and the deepening of the integration of urban and rural areas,the economic,social and cultural resources of rural areas in China continue to divide,move and reorganize.The concentrated performance of the peasantry is that the peasants' Social class.These social strata,together with the forces of foreign society,work together to promote the changing social stratum.Changes in the rural class have brought challenges to the villagers 'autonomy practiced in China's rural areas,and brought about the historical opportunity to reform the villagers' autonomy to reshape the rural governance system.On the basis of combing the development trend and characteristics of the villagers' autonomy in our country,this paper analyzes the following aspects from the perspective of the current changes of the rural class in our country:the characteristics and the changing trend of the current rural stratum.The role of rural change in the development of China's rural areas in the development of power,economic and cultural foundation,leadership and the main force of the role of the autonomy of the villagers;the current rural areas under the changes in the villagers face the main problems and the main task.On the basis of this analysis,this paper proposes to adhere to the principle of serving the rural development,the party's leadership,the democratic co-governance,the rule of law,and the village.And put forward to take measures to enhance the villagers'autonomy,to establish the correct direction of development of the villagers' autonomy,to strengthen and improve the party's leadership of the villagers' autonomy,to consolidate the material and cultural foundation of the villagers' autonomy,to improve the system and operation mechanism of the villagers' To solve the current rural areas under the changes in the villagers face some of the prominent problems,so as to promote China's rural governance system and the modernization of governance capacity in order to achieve China's modern rural economic society"good governance" effect.
