The Solidification Of Contemporary Chinese Social Class And Government Responsibility

Class differentiation is a kind of common phenomenon occurring in the process of social development,class distinctions of class turnover directly affect the social fairness and justice,as well as testing the government's ruling ability.From the reform and opening up in 1978 to today,China's comprehensive national strength and people's livelihood level unprecedented improved,at the same time,we should also see from another aspect,the scarcity of social resources and the allocation policy of institutional defects,and in a very short period of time the rapid differentiation of social stratum structure,and many other parts of the complex factors,class appeared between the gap between rich and poor phenomenon,as the gap between the rich and the poor is increasingly widening,and curing between generations,for a long time caused the contradiction between accumulation of different social classes.Eventually hindered at all levels of society as a whole flow of energy and the decrease of social mobility.Social mobility and stratum curing have close logical relationship,to improve social mobility,solidification crack class need to implement the government finally.Reflection,therefore,the government should play in the middle of the mobility and curing the active part,on improving the government's ruling ability construction is of important theoretical and practical significance.The research purpose of this paper is based on the analysis of the causes of the contemporary Chinese social classes curing,trying to find some crack from the perspective of government responsibility class solidification path to resolve the problem,enhance the government credibility at the same time,ease the contradictions and conflicts brought by the social class curing,liquidity society as a whole,safeguard social fairness and justice.In this paper,the integrated use of interdisciplinary research and the methods of literature analysis,combining with the relevant knowledge,economics,sociology,science of administration to review the basic status of the contemporary Chinese social classes curing,and replication from one generation to the flow rate is slow,a new type flow,generation of the underlying social formation and class ideology that curing four dimensions,analyzes the causes of social class solidification,including the planned economy system inertia disadvantages,non-public use of public right,preface-structure and intergenerational inheritance from three aspects,proposed class curing produce adverse social consequences:social development vitality,solidarity and harm social stability;Hinder economic modernization transformation,increase the gap between rich and poor;And,more importantly,in the political realm,broken social equity and justice of political value,the second is to weaken the government's credibility and legitimacy.The author thinks that,under the premise of realizing social justice,the government must to realize self-regulation and to guide society actively,promote the normal and reasonable mobility,let the people of every class can through legitimate channels and equal opportunity to achieve the status change itself.Only by this can the social fairness and justice value orientation to maintenance,to ensure orderly development of society.
