Research On Party Building Work In The Taxation Department

In our country,all government administrative actions,taxation for example,are led by the Party.There is no taxation independent of the leadership of the Party.Taxation is just specific work under the leadership of the Party and the embodiment of the Party's leadership.The State Taxation Bureaus are administrative departments and their fundamental responsibility is to organize the collection of taxes for the national machinery.In the process of organizing taxation,it is especially important to get clear on how to follow the leadership of the Party,how to do a good job of Party building,how to carry out the work of Party building and to provide organizational guarantee and manpower for tax work.From the perspective of continuously improving the Party building work of Yunnan State Taxation Bureau,based on the special characteristics of "vertical administrative management and localized management of the Party affairs",this paper analyzed the research findings in Party building work among the administrative departments,summarized the performance of the Party building work in Y State Taxation Bureau in recent years.This paper analyzed in a neutral way the weakness existing in the Party building work in Y State Taxation Bureau,looked into the causes and discussed the issue from three aspects which are strengthening the basic work of the Party,integrative development of both Party building work and operational work in administrative departments as well as the innovation and breakthrough of Party building work.On these existing problems,suggestions are given to improve the Party building work in Y State Taxation Bureau,purporting to contribute to advancing the Party building work in Y State Taxation Bureau.
