With the rapid development of economy,as well as the appearance of the Internet,Chinese “advertisement times” has changed from traditional era to a new media era-the We-Media advertising era,which,on the one hand,has enriched people's life,on the other hand,brought in a certain problems.It prevails in the circle of friend in We chat.Besides,the implantation of advertisements when we read article and some marketing mails when we enter the mail can be seen every time and everywhere.Furthermore,Micro blog and broadcast Microsoft also have many embedded advertisement.With all of these,there is an increasing influence of We Media,especially some negative aspects,which has caused many troubles.With the new Advertising Law come out in 2015,many new stipulation has been added to it,problems about We Media advertisement,however,is not mentioned,making it difficult to supervise.The reasons are that identifying the advertisement subject and regulate it is difficult,thus leading to the difficulty in the examination and approval,as well as the supervision of advertisements.This paper,based on he status of the We Media advertisement supervision,the current situation of Chinese legislation and the legal problems discovered,tries to put forward some solutions to improving the laws related the We Media advertisements.
