Investigation On The Status Quo Of Public Security Police Station File Management

Public security work is a very important part of the work of the people’s democratic dictatorship in China.It is a special and specialized work that protects the state and social order based on the policies and laws of the Party and the State.In times of peace,the public security forces are the most sacrificed and dedicated team.Public security work is a glorious career that protects national security and protects the people.Its importance is self-evident.Public security police station files refer to materials such as letters,forms,sounds,icons and other materials formed by the police station to prevent and crack down on illegal criminal activities and conduct public security administrative activities.These materials usually have certain preservation values.After the file of the police station was formed by the staff,it became the original and basic material for carrying out public security work.Based on the author’s actual work,on the basis of conducting a large number of theoretical studies and referring to relevant references,field police interviews and survey questionnaires were issued at the police stations in the city(prefecture),and summarized the problems existing in current police station file management.And systematically expounded the police station file management function,file management process and daily use,and put forward corresponding suggestions on how to improve the file management work of the police station.
