| Household registration files formed in the process of household registration management by public security agency are closely related to citizens’ lives.As the development of information technology,the methods of public security household registration files have been changed,confront opportunities and challenges.Improving the information management level of public security household registration files attracts more attentions.The informatization reform of household registration files provides enlighten to the information management of public security household registration files,promote the reform of China’s household registration system and distribution of public security household registration file resources effectively.Otherwise,it can also improve the ability of public security police and make the quality of services of household registration files more and more better,and provide convenient conditions for residents to query household registration information accurately and efficiently.Therefore,research on the information management of household registration files is very necessary.From the perspective of public management,we study related theory and excellent research of foreign scholars and domestic scholars and explain informationization theory and file information management theory systematically,use questionnaire and interview survey method to research the situation of Dalian’s information management of public security household registration files.The subjects of investigation are police officer and residents related to household registration files business.And then we use SPSS software to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire,analyze the status quo of Dalian public security household registration file management.We discuss the results from top-level design concept,resource allocation and professional talent team three aspects,and study the problems and causes of existing development models.On the basis of the above work,we propose feasible countermeasures to enhance the top design,optimize the distribution of resource,strengthen construction of talent team.This paper can promote innovation and provide a practical reference and guidance to public security agency household registration files information management. |
