| With the development of national e-government,a large number of electronic documents have appeared in various fields.Especially in recent years,the number of electronic documents has increased sharply,the scope of value and application has been expanding,the types are becoming more and more complex,and the important role and status of the electronic files of government departments have become an important part of the national core information resources.However,the current archives management methods adopted by the government departments are generally too old and inefficient to meet the current requirements of archives management,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: in the process of collecting and sorting files,there are many problems such as heavy workload,easy errors and omissions,and cumbersome manual entry.In the process of searching files,there are some problems,such as inconvenient searching,time-consuming and laborious work,etc.In the aspect of borrowing files,there are some problems,such as inconvenient tracking and management of borrowing documents and imperfect procedures of reviewing borrowing applications.There are some problems such as statistical trouble and omission in the destruction of archives.Through in-depth understanding and analysis of the existing file management mode,this paper conducted in-depth research on the management of electronic files,detailed analysis of file management needs,using C/S structure design,based on the.NET platform,developed a government department file management system.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Using UML modeling technology and object-oriented analysis method,the overall architecture of the file management system of government departments was determined,and the functional modules of the system were designed.2.Put forward the development scheme based on.NET framework,designed the conceptual structure,physical structure and logical structure of the database,and realized the file management system of government departments.3.In order to realize the query function of similar files,the text similarity algorithm was studied and improved,and the text segment vector space model was established and the similarity calculation and processing were performed to realize the comparison of text similarity. |
