Research On The Construction Of Shanghai Digital City Management Operation Mechanism

City is the important carrier of economic and social development and people's production and life.The characteristic of cities is that they can provide the public services needed for modern life,and the level of urban development depends on the supply of public services.Therefore,how to perfect the public service has always been the research topic of the government and academic circles.Urban management is an organic part of the public service government,it's not only related to the public interests and the private interests,but also the core elements of the city's orderly operation and sustainable development.Facing the increasingly complex urban management work situation,innovating the urban management mode and establishing the corresponding operation mechanism have become the endogenous demand of contemporary urban development.Digital Urban Management is the new management model in the information age.This model has revolutionized the organization method and technology of urban management,and revolutionized its system and mechanism.Then,it has promoted the theoretical upgrading of urban management,innovated the operation mechanism,and filled the gaps in urban management experience.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic contents of the operation mechanism of Digital Urban Management and the Holistic Governance Theory.At the same time,it reveals the latter's revelation to the former.After that,this paper expounds the establishment process and basic contents of Shanghai Digital Urban Management operation mechanism,analyzes its basic characteristics,and points out the effect of it.Finally,combining the Holistic Governance Theory,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the Shanghai Digital Urban Management operation mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions about it.
