With the development of soft law theory in modern administrative jurisprudence,non-compulsive administrative acts have been emerging and achieved good governance results,administrative interviews are also based on this background.As a new type of flexible administrative enforcement approach,administrative interview has been widely used in practice fields.It conforms to the development trend of modern administrative law and accord with the requirements of service-oriented and the rule of law government construction,innovates the law enforcement means,conducive to promoting social harmony.Nowadays,in the face of reality like a raging fire,the theoretical level is tepid.And the existing theories of administrative interviews are controversial,the legal characterization have not yet reached a consensus,just like administrative guidance and administrative contracts have experienced,in the beginning of the development is not accepted by the theory.With the continuous in-depth study of the theory of administrative interview,I believe that it can also has a place in the administrative behavior theory system as a new behavior.Administrative interview as a new means of administrative law enforcement has achieved some success,but also has arisen lots of problems.In order to make the administrative interview system go further,we try to put forward some countermeasures to perfect the administrative interview system,in order to basic framework of standardization legalization.
