See The Sociological Analysis Of The Law Of Danger And Helplessness

As a social problem,failing to help when danger happens arises heated discussion.It is necessary to analyze its causes,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In the first part,This paper combined the real cases in social life with speculative knowledge,trying to draw a conclusion that the article is subjected to general subject based on the analysis of distinction and so on.The second part mainly focused on reason of failing to help,thousands of cases show that the form of indifferent and risky society,the lack of legal system in guaranteeing the rights and interests of the rescuers come the top three reasons.The last but not the least,combined the reasons demonstrated in the second part with the statistics of the questionnaire survey,we concluded that legal measures and moral education should be emphasized to protect the legitimate rights of rescuers.The mainly measures as follows: improving the protection system of the rights and interests of the rescuers,severely punishing the framing behavior,setting up and appraising moral model,attaching importance to the education of public morality,and giving full rights to social organization and mass media.Only legal and moral measures taken simultaneously,this society phenomenon can be improved.
