80s of the last century, along with the reform and opening up and development of market economy, China ushered in the opportunity for social organizations to flourish, a large number of academic research associations, foundations and other government agencies at all levels attached to social organizations in large numbers. Entering the 1990 s, with the start of further reform and opening up and social transition, a variety of truly civil nature, the nature of grass-roots social organizations began in large numbers, most of them include some private schools, hospitals, charitable institutions, to become a true a conceptual sense relatively independent of the government and the market’s civil society organizations, with the government’s social organization and management of standardization, accumulated experience and influence to expand the development of social organization itself, which plays in the public services, social welfare, charitable and other fields an increasingly important role. But as a private social organizations, especially the private charitable class society organizations, in their own survival and development process we have encountered many difficulties and had to walk between the state and society, for their own survival and the provision of public goods and services needed resources. Standing perspective of the state and society to see, there are both fit and strong tension between the country’s social and governance policies Private social organizations survival action strategies.On the basis of S social institutions through long-term observation of the above, we use research literature and methods of observation, searching for a theoretical framework to explain the current development of Chinese society organizations, make corporatism apply to private charitable class society organizations the assumption by the logic of survival strategies and development S social development since the establishment of institutions for analysis and exploration, demonstrates the applicability of the corporatist model for the private charitable class society organizations development. For contemporary Chinese social class of private charitable organizations, corporatism is organizational survival and development of the most realistic and effective option.
