2017 national "NPC and CPPCC",travel once again become a hot topic,highway transportation industry,Chinese as national economy progress and basic and strategic areas of people's livelihood,shouldering the great responsibility and mission to the people.In the "NPC and CPPCC" period,a new media director of the Ministry of transport safety level,he said in an interview: the government can not perform their duties as "parents",not only to the development of industry standards,the implementation of standards,but also for others do not perform standard responsibility.Thus,highway as a quasi public goods,with public property and market attributes.In the new period should not only bear the highway,highway construction,management and maintenance of the primary task,but also face the focus multiplier effect of the people,the highway system employees bear the hitherto unknown pressure,the pressure will directly induce the employee occupation burnout phenomenon,which directly affect the employee's work,life and family happiness.The cause of the rise and fall,talent oriented,human resources as the most active factor in productivity of three elements is the most critical,an antidote against the disease only face the highway system employee occupation burnout phenomenon,active intervention,initiative,in order to better mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,the establishment of harmonious labor relations,improve the unit performance,has important the meaning of sustainable development and promote the construction of units.In this paper,the Yunnan highway system Y Highway Bureau on the job as the object of study,through the questionnaire survey of Yunnan highway system,Y Highway Bureau staff burnout status.375 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by spss22.0 software.In emotional exhaustion occupation burnout of respondents,depersonalization and personal accomplishment three dimensions score reduction,descriptive analysis,t-test,exploratory factor analysis,reliability test,validity test,single factor variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and data analysis method,direct calculation of Y Highway Bureau staff occupation occupation burnout data.Data show that the Y Highway Bureau staff burnout detection rate of 54.9%,of which mild burnout accounted for 27.2%,moderate burnout accounted for 19.2%,severe burnout accounted for 8.5%,job burnout is not optimistic.According to the factors Y Highway Bureau staff occupation burnout problems and the impact of these problems are analyzed,and attempts through three aspects of organization,individual and social countermeasures are put forward to reduce the employee occupation burnout,in order to prevent and improve the situation of employee occupation burnout,to some practical guidance for the improvement of Yunnan Province the highway system staff working enthusiasm and working performance.
