In recent years,Chinese e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.It has become a difficult business model for Chinese people,in terms of regulation.Especially due to the explosive growth over the past three years,making it a world-renowned industry.The development of Chinese e-commerce promotes the fast growth of Chinese express delivery industry.Chinese express delivery industry has developed into an emerging industry,thus,has significantly contributed to the growth of Chinese economy.It is expected the express delivery will continue to expand,in the future,in order to cater the needs of the growing Chinese e-commerce industry.Over the past thirty years,China has been continuously exploring laws and regulations related to the express industry,in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,as well as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the express industry.Although the current legislation,related to express industry,has obtained certain achievements,it lacks professionalism,systematic approach,and efficiency.In addition to that,it has failed to establish an organization to collectively manage the industry as a whole.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the progress of the legislation process for the future growth of the Chinese express delivery industry as well as to protect the rights and interests of consumers.This paper focuses on the current status of Chinese express delivery industry,existing issues.Especially,it analyses the current Chinese express delivery industry's existing problems in terms of legislation,and proposes legislative solutions to these issues.This paper can serve as a reference for in-depth analysis of Chinese express delivery industry legislation.
