| The adoption of people’s opinions is an important support for the innovative development of government work,and an important condition for the government to identify and deal with various work problems.The development of Internet government affairs has provided new channels and service forms for this work,but the effect of practical application at the present stage is not completely ideal,which is not conducive to the development of the government’s public opinion adoption work,and is not conducive to the construction and optimization of Internet government affairs system.In this regard,this paper takes the People’s Government of Nansha District,Guangzhou as an example to investigate the satisfaction of the masses in the adoption of public opinions in Internet government affairs,analyze the problems and put forward suggestions for improvement,in order to provide reference for the development of similar work of Nansha District people’s Government and other grassroots governments.According to the interview survey in the early stage,the people of Nansha District,Guangzhou have a low utilization rate of the "Internet + government affairs" public opinion adoption work channel,with a higher degree of satisfaction among young people and a lower degree of satisfaction among middle-aged and elderly people.The people are not satisfied with the feedback service.Based on the characteristics of public opinion acceptance,the general elements of government service satisfaction evaluation,and the basic views of technology acceptance theory,this paper designed a more detailed questionnaire survey.According to the investigation,the people’s government of Nansha District has some problems in its service ability and efficiency in the "Internet + government affairs" public opinion acceptance work.The problems mainly focus on the unsatisfactory publicity degree and feedback efficiency of the government’s public opinion feedback work.At the same time,there are serious problems in the public perception and trust of this work.In such services,the government failed to pay effective attention to the needs of the public for submitting information anonymously in the process of accepting opinions,and failed to timely and effectively follow up the process of handling opinions.There are serious problems in the government’s propaganda and technical level of this work,mainly manifested in the lack of initiative to guide the masses to use the new platform and terminal channel for the adoption of mass opinions;There are some problems in the technical acceptance of the masses’ opinions,and the usability and ease-of-use of the system functions are not completely satisfied with the masses.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:first,optimize the basic service capacity and efficiency,focusing on optimizing the informatization level and standardization level of the feedback service;Second,to improve the level of people’s perception and trust in the adoption of the "Internet plus government Affairs" public opinions,increase the publicity of Internet security and improve anonymous services,optimize the follow-up of the adoption of public opinions and the standards for the disclosure of results;Third,improve the publicity and technical level of "Internet + government affairs" public opinion acceptance work,increase social publicity and front-end publicity,improve Internet services and communication technical support;Fourth,we will optimize the technical acceptance of the "Internet plus government Affairs" initiative,and optimize the availability and ease of use of service channels. |
