Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,people's living standards have been greatly improved,both young and old,are more concerned about their own health status,and in recent years,constantly improve the medical security system,the basic medical insurance for urban workers and rural population are gradually on the right track,formerly known as "difficult,your doctor" problem has been greatly improved,at the same time,with the development of science and technology,medical level is more and more high,people of their own illness be cured desire is more strongly than expected,once the medical results,or medical accident,some patients and their families will be difficult to accept emotionally.It is difficult to control in the mood,and some people have "to make money" idea,or by some malevolent people more prone to incitement.A group event of "making a doctor and making a hospital".Medical disputes triggered mass incidents as a type of group events for a long time,medical disputes are not easy to solve,and if not handled properly,can easily lead to large mass incidents,causing very bad influence on people in hospitals of all levels,the government and the broad masses of the emergency management experts,legal experts are in the research,want to be able to find a solution to good effect.Currently,academically,due to the occurrence of medical accidents in large and medium-sized cities,generally,events are more serious and media exposure is faster,which can quickly catch the attention of all the people in the whole country.However,due to the fact that the grassroots medical disputes generally are not very serious and the media exposure is slow,it is hard to arouse people's attention in other areas.Therefore,there are few researches on the grass-roots medical disputes.The author in the work,has been involved in several medical disputes caused by the disposal of group events,quite touched,deficiency of "three kinds of treatment methods stipulated in the regulations on handling medical accidents" has a more profound understanding,and also summarizes some experience and lessons that lead to efficient disposal of medical disputes the group event puts forward some solving methods.This paper uses the method of literature review,comparative research method and case study method,first carries on the definition of medical disputes and mass incidents,and then to Mianzhu city of Sichuan Province as an example,the disposal process caused by introducing several medical dispute incidents,analysis of the characteristics of basic medical disputes of group events,find out the reasons of this outbreak,analyzes the status quo and development trend,and then pointed out the measures to deal with such events on the lack of laws and regulations,combined with the domestic and foreign advanced experience,to find a suitable for China's primary prevention and disposal of medical malpractice incidents road.
